Don't settle for small 5X7" speakers when you can have full-sized 6x9" speakers for big bass in your stock HARLEY trunk lids!

The membrane area of a 5x7" speaker is only slightly larger than that of a 13cm speaker and that of a 6x9" is significantly larger than that of a 16.5cm speaker!

Powered by an amplifier (even the original ones!), the 6x9" speakers can finally give you the bass kick you've been longing for, which you always had to do without with the 5x7". And since the 6x9" doesn't have to be constantly driven at its load limit, destroyed speakers in the case lid are finally a thing of the past.

This kit requires modification to the factory speaker covers. The integrated plastic basket on the bottom of the speaker cover must be cut and sanded to create a flat mounting surface for mounting the adapter. This can be done quickly and easily with an oscillating multitool, for details see the installation instructions which we link below.

This kit contains (8) eight aluminum threaded rivet nuts. Due to the low material thickness of the plastic ring, we recommend, contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, not to press in the nuts, but rather to simply glue them in with ultra-glue including an activator.
