As a special service we offer you a wide variety of payment methods. Choose the one that suits you best. It's your choice. We offer the following payment methods & information services:
Bank transfer / Prepayment
Please select the payment method Bank transfer/advance payment during the ordering process. After receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation from us. In the confirmation you will find the total amount of your order, an invoice number and our account number.

After the total amount has been credited to our account, your ordered goods will be made available according to availability and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Bank transfer from abroad
Please understand that you will be fully responsible for any bank charges for a transfer from abroad. If the amount received in our bank account differs by a bank fee, we reserve the right to make delivery until the order value has been paid in full.
Refund information
If an order that has already been paid for in advance cannot be executed, we will refund the amount paid in advance within three working days after cancellation of the order.

How to pay at maxxcount.de via PayPal
During the ordering process you will be offered different payment methods, please select "PayPal" here. Before you finally submit your order, you will have all the order data in the last step for review in the overview and can correct it again if necessary.
After completing your order you will be taken directly to PayPal. There you log in to your existing PayPal account with your e-mail address and password and confirm the payment to be made to maxxcount. de with one click. Your order is then paid for and you will be redirected back to the maxxcount.de site, where you will receive confirmation of the payment.
Browser or forwarding problems?
If you have problems with the redirection to PayPal, e. g. because your browser is on strike, you have another possibility to pay at maxxcount.de via PayPal:
Go directly to www.paypal.de, log in to your existing account or - if you don't already have one - open a new account.
You can then use the tab "Send Money" to make the PayPal transfer directly, please enter the following data in the bank transfer:

Click on "Continue" and confirm your payment by clicking on "Send Money". This process is described in detail here at PayPal.
As soon as the full amount has been credited to our PayPal account, you will be notified, your order will be activated immediately and will be shipped immediately!
PayPal Express
PayPal Express is the express checkout for our online shop.
With PayPal Express we offer our customers a particularly fast way to pay, because PayPal Express shortens the purchase process by half.
Simply click on the "Express-Purchase with PayPal"button in our shopping cart, you will then be forwarded directly to PayPal, where you will find information and options for payment & shipping. As soon as you have completed your purchase with PayPal, you will be redirected to our online shop where you will receive a successful order confirmation. It couldn't be easier & faster!
Credit card (by PayPal)
In order to offer you a maximum of security, we have decided to offer the payment by credit card only via PayPal for the time being. Open a PayPal account in no time at all and link your credit card to your PayPal account and you can pay with your credit card via PayPal - at maxxcount.de and worldwide in countless other online shops - of course also on eBay.

In-Store Pickup
Of course, you can also pick up your order in person. We offer you to buy your goods conveniently in our webshop, the possibility to pick up your order on site is part of our ordering process and can be selected in the ordering process. There are no shipping costs and we will inform you as soon as the goods are ready for collection.
Please make an appointment with us in advance by phone or e-mail, so that our staff can schedule enough time for your visit to answer any questions you may have.
SEPA Direct debit (SDD / only for business customers)
Do you want to be a business partner with the convenient payment method "SEPA Direct debit"?
Then please fill in our SEPA Direct debit form and send it to us by fax! After checking the completely filled out SEPA Direct debit form, we will contact you and inform you about the status of the activation of the payment method "SEPA Direct debit".
