The EXMELT95 hot melt adhesive has a long open time with fast setting and good adhesion properties. It forms elastic, impact-resistant adhesive joints with favorable low-temperature flexibility. The surfaces to be glued must be stable, dry and free from grease and release agents. The bondability of surfaces depends on their composition and surface condition and must be checked in advance. Sanding the adhesive surfaces often improves adhesion (remove sanding dust). Good thermal conductivity substrates should be preheated.
storage
Under normal storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of at least three years without any change in product properties. Heat, eg exposure to the sun, must be avoided at all costs, since deformation of the cartridges cannot be ruled out (maximum storage temperature: 30°C).
