The CSF polishing sponge set contains 3 high quality polishing pads in different strengths:
- hard (bordeaux) ideal for grinding,
- medium strength (yellow) ideal for polishing,
- soft (beige) for the best finish
The open-pore foam ensures a good distribution of the polishing agents on the pad surface and at the same time supports the reliable removal of the "dead" paint particles.
The deeply structured surface is ideal for suppressing streaking and cloud formation and helps optimal pressure distribution on the paint surface.
The polishing pads have a diameter of 165mm and are therefore ideal for 150mm support plates. The CSF machine polishing pads can be used with both rotary polishers and eccentric polishing machines. Especially in connection with large stroke eccentric polishers, the CSF polishing sponges develop their full potential.
