The Metra IBR64 universal Bluetooth Interface enables music streaming from smartphones, iPods and iPads in excellent sound quality with A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) *. With convenient convenience features, the rugged receiver is a universal option for invisible installation.

The AMPIRE Bluetooth Interface uses the A2DP transmission technology to ensure the AMPIRE possible playback quality wirelessly. The Bluetooth 4.0 chip (CRS I9chip), which has been officially certified by the Bluetooth SIG company, also contributes to the mobile listening pleasure.

Comfortable plug & play handling

By pressing the ignition the Interface starts automatically. In addition, very convenient: the system remembers the last trained device and connects automatically with this. Playback settings, such as volume and music selection, are performed directly on your mobile device as usual.

Practical and also on board is the auto-remote function : as soon as Bluetooth is active and as long as music is playing, the Interface supplies a connected device with power (12V / 12mA) eg a power amplifier in your boat or Caravan .

Easy setup and functionality

The Interface is connected to the power supply to the 12V electrical system and via RCA to the car radio or boat. Since the music control is done directly from your mobile device, the Interface can be installed hidden. Thus, the Bluetooth receiver performs invisible and without cable mess inside the vehicle his service.

The IBR64 can connect to multiple devices, but only one device can ever stream music. If the connection to the currently connected device is interrupted for more than one minute, the pairing Modus .

The Metra IBR64 universal Bluetooth Interface works with all Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices (eg iPhone, Android & Windows smartphones, iPad, iPod). It is compatible with all car & boat radios with RCA input. If this input is missing, a connection via 3.5mm jack is possible with an additionally available AUX Interface .
