The Phoenix Gold Z-Series coax system uses a powerful mid-bass that is perfectly matched to the tweeter mounted directly in the axle. The tweeter is a balanced and ferrofluid-cooled polyetherimide tweeter (PEI). The passive crossover is optimally tuned to the coax system for a smooth transition of the frequency range from the mid-bass to the tweeter. If you are looking for an upgrade and want to replace your old factory speakers or expand your existing speaker system, this coax system is just the thing for your car.
