Depending on the model, the reversing cameras also have up to 18 high-power infrared diodes, which automatically switch on at dusk and thus also provide a first-class image in absolute darkness.

The housings, which are mostly made of aluminium, are weatherproof and solid - depending on the version, additionally equipped with a "sunshield", which protects against backlighting.
