This video interface has an option to activate the rear view camera input in the factory infotainment system. This interface can be easily installed with the supplied connection cable. It enables a reversing camera and two other video sources to be connected to the vehicle manufacturer's factory navigation system and playback directly in the navigation system.

Extended field of vision behind the vehicle for more safety and comfort

With this video interface, you have a clear increase in safety when reversing (e.g. recognizing children playing), a much simplified orientation when maneuvering or parking - and all of this without installing additional monitors that may be visually disruptive. When the reverse gear is engaged, the interface automatically switches to the reversing camera.

Important NOTE:

The interface only feeds video signals into the factory infotainment. An existing factory audio AUX input or an FM modulator can be used to feed in audio signals.

Additional multimedia options

If you have spent a lot of money on a navigation system with a TV function or DVD player, you should actually be able to expect that the image reproduction can also be used on the move - for uninterrupted TV or video enjoyment for your passengers. Most standard navigation systems, however, prevent TV, DVD, etc. from being displayed while driving. But it is precisely then that the passengers want to pass the time with the game console or the children watch a TV series / DVD.

Our Video in Motion offers you the option of reproducing image signals in the navigation system while you are driving. This only applies to injected video .

The reputation of moving images or the use of this function is not allowed in most countries or States by the Road Traffic Act and / or insurance. Usage is at your own risk! The quality control is primarily intended to enable the passenger and the passengers to use the TV function while driving. The driver should it not be distracted and pay attention to the traffic. Important notes	The interface ONLY feeds video signals into the infotainment. An existing factory audio AUX input or an FM modulator can be used to feed in audio signals. Switching to the front camera takes place automatically after disengaging reverse gear for 10, 15 or 20 seconds (adjustable). Manual switching to the front camera is also possible using the button. The display of distance lines and PDC does not work in all vehicles.
